Lindsay Lohan just had a big night out!

Lindsay made her first public appearance since leaving rehab earlier this month and it did it in a big way! She was seen sitting front row at the New York Knicks vs.  Los Angeles Lakers game in LA. She sported a blue New York Knicks hat, a knick t-shirt and a big smile as she watched the Lakers beat the Knicks 109-87.

Lindsay Lohan was high and drunk in rehab!

The Palm Desert police are now saying that Lohan was high and drunk while in rehab the night she allegedly attacked a Betty Ford employee. They believe that she was under the influence and violated her probation by refusing to take a breathalyzer test. However, the person who originally accused Lohan of attacking her has issued a statement saying, “It is important to note that it was Ms. Lohan, and not Ms. Holland who called 911 on December 12th. Had Ms. Lohan not called 911 – this incident never would’ve been public knowledge, let alone criminally investigated.“

Lindsay Lohan is a suspect in a criminal battery case!

The troubled actress was recently caught drinking while in rehab and now it's being reported that she beat up one of the staff members. TMZ reports that Lohan and some friends went out for the night and when they returned one of the staff members confronted Lindsay because she thought she was drinking. Lindsay didn't like being confronted and asked to take an alcohol test so she attacked her. However, Lohan claims that when she walked into the clinic a few minutes late,  a female staff member “unfairly” scolded her and demanded that she take a drug/alcohol test. After some words,  the woman “put her hands on Lindsay” and then things went downhill. If Lindsay is found guilty of battery she might have to go back to jail!

Lindsay Lohan was spotted working out on Thanksgiving!

The troubled actress was seen pumping some iron at a local gym before spending the holiday with her dad and ex-girlfriend Sam Ronson. Apparently, after Lindsay hit the gym she met up with Sam at her West Hollywood apartment and ate some turkey with her and some other friends. It's also being reported that her dad Michael Lohan showed up at the apartment around 5:30 PM before she had to go back to her sober living facility. 

The facility denied her request to fly back to Long Island to spend Thanksgiving with her mom Dina so she had to stay in the L.A. area.

Dina Lohan admitted that her daughter Lindsay is a drug addict this morning on The Today Show.

Dina explained that Lindsay is in fact addicted to drugs after previously denying it on a Today Show appearance last month. She said that she wasn't in denial but wanted Lindsay to admit it to her first before she made any assumptions. She added that, “As a mother it wasn’t for me to come and tell the world about her problem … I wasn’t in denial. It was for her to come to her evolution. As a mother we protect. Now I’m happy and relieved myself.”
